What to bring to your first visit:
Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if available. You may request that they forward them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our office.
A list of medications you are presently taking.
A list of any medical conditions (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joint replacements, rheumatic fever, etc.) Please note that in some cases this might be better communicated prior to your first visit.
If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card or information.

Since 1983, Dr. Mac Garrison has served the Shenandoah Valley by providing general and cosmetic dentistry. His daughter Evan Garrison joined the practice in 2017. Both dentists offer a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry with expertise ranging from dental implants, crowns, and bridges to dental sleep medicine.
Crowns and Bridges
Single visit crowns available using digital impression, design and fabrication.
TMJ/Facial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine
Evaluation and treatment of dental symptoms related to Sleep Apnea, TMJ, and facial pain, plus therapeutic Botox for headaches and muscle pain
Preventative Care
Regular cleanings with a dental hygienist and examinations with the dentist.
